Glass Drilling
Drilling holes into glass or mirror is a basic procedure. At Wholesale Glass we use the very latest equipment in glass drilling technology, a vertical, double sided drill, and for larger requirements, a water jet cutter. Both are incredibly accurate, enabling multiple holes to be drilled per pane. Holes can also be countersunk to suit a variety of fixtures and fittings.
Glass Polishing
It is a common misconception that scratched glass cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. Our repair and polishing system begins by sanding out the etching or scratches using up to four special types of restoration pads. After the damage is completely removed, we bring the glass back to a like new condition with a final polish. The process is non-toxic, contains no chemicals, and uses minimal amounts of water. Glass repair has a smaller carbon footprint than replacement, it is environmentally friendly and considered “green”.
